Хочу рассказать про свой опыт обращения в Вяземский завод железобетонных изделий, вдруг кому-то пригодится. Мне понадобились железобетонные кольца и несколько плит для фундамента, делал себе хозяйственную постройку на участке — вроде бы не самый крупный заказ, но хотелось, чтобы всё было нормально по качеству и без лишней мороки.
Сначала, если честно, просто искал, кто ближе к Смоленской области и может быстро отгрузить. Решил позвонить — и вот тут уже почувствовал, что с людьми можно работать. Объяснил, что нужно, что планирую делать, они сразу сориентировали по размерам, помогли подобрать оптимальный вариант. Никакой спешки или «давайте быстрее оформляйте заказ» — нормально всё, спокойно.
Порадовало, что делают изделия не просто по шаблону, а реально могут подогнать под нужные размеры. Мне нужно было кольцо с нестандартной высотой — не проблема, сказали, сделают, просто чуть подождать. Так и вышло: через несколько дней всё уже было готово.
Про доставку отдельно скажу — привезли аккуратно, ничего не побито, не поцарапано, водителя даже звать дважды не пришлось, сам заранее позвонил, уточнил, когда будет. С этим у нас в деревне частенько беда, а тут всё чётко, на удивление.
Качество изделий, как для моего уровня, отличное. Без трещин, ровные края, в кольцах швы аккуратные. По весу — как надо, чувствуется, что не экономят на цементе, не легковес. Ну и видно, что не с кустарного производства — всё делается на нормальном оборудовании, у них там, как потом узнал, ещё и лаборатория своя есть, чтобы проверять продукцию. Это, кстати, добавляет доверия. Знаешь, что тебе не просто абы что отлили, а действительно нормальную вещь сделали.
В целом я доволен: и по качеству, и по срокам, и по отношению. Всё по делу, без навязчивости, но и без равнодушия. Не было такого, что «ты кто такой, у нас тут оптовики важнее». Хотя я частное лицо, не строительная фирма, ни на секунду не почувствовал, что ко мне как-то спустя рукава относятся. Это редкость, поэтому и решил написать.
