Утепляю балкон, чтобы сделать там кабинет. Стены и пол уже утеплил, окна хорошие. Остался потолок. Хочется аккуратный натяжной, но балкон неотапливаемый, зимой может быть прохладно, а летом, наоборот, жарко от солнца. Не деформируется ли ПВХ-пленка от таких перепадов? Не потрескается ли? Слышал, что есть "холодостойкие" полотна. Насколько это маркетинг? Или, может, для балкона есть другие решения? Интересен опыт людей, которые уже сделали натяжной потолок на лоджии или балконе.

На балкон — с осторожностью. Стандартная ПВХ-пленка действительно не любит сильных перепадов и особенно мороза (становится хрупкой). Но выход есть. Во-первых, нужно смотреть в сторону специальных морозостойких полотен (они есть у нормальных производителей). Во-вторых, еще лучше для неотапливаемых помещений подходит тканевое полотно — оно из полиэстера, ему перепады не страшны, не трескается и не теряет эластичности. У меня как раз утепленная, но не отапливаемая лоджия, и стоит тканевый потолок. Ставил натяжной потолок (https://7nebo86.ru/) через компанию «7 небо». Мастер на замере сразу отговорил от ПВХ и предложил ткань, объяснив причину. Ткань стоит дороже, но для таких условий это единственный правильный вариант. Прошло две зимы с морозами за -30 — потолок как новый, ничего не произошло. Если у вас балкон хорошо утеплен и температура не падает ниже нуля, можно обсуждать и морозостойкий ПВХ. Но для гарантии я бы советовал ткань. Позвоните в «7 небо», они бесплатно приедут, оценят микроклимат и скажут, что лучше.
