Недавно при строительстве гаража впервые обратился к Неклюдовскому Бетонному Заводу в Нижнем Новгороде, и хочу поделиться, как всё прошло. Сам я занимаюсь ремонтом и стройкой дома, и обычно бетон — это всегда нервные звонки, уточнения, ожидания. Здесь же всё оказалось гораздо проще.
Для начала: на сайте они подробно расписали марки от М100 до М600. Я позвонил, уточнил, что для ленточного фундамента под гараж мне нужен примерно М300. Оператор объяснила, что М300 (В22.5) подходит для фундамента многоэтажных домов, стен, дорожек, лестниц — вполне для моего случая. Заказал 8 м³.
Хотя на сайте есть и М100 (В7,5) — для подстилающего слоя или фиксации плит, и М150, М200 https://fakel-gk.ru/catalog/beton-m200-v15/ (https://fakel-gk.ru/catalog/beton-m200-v15/) — для лёгких конструкций, пешеходных дорожек, которые их рекомендуют использовать для фундамента забора или стяжки, я сразу отметил на выбор М300. Потом уточнили, что если строю где-то на влажном грунте или планирую подъёмную технику, можно брать М350 или М400. Их М400 (В30) подходят для фундаментов высотных зданий, крупных строений. А у них вплоть до М600 (В50) — для гидротехнических сооружений, аэродромов, банковских хранилищ — я даже не знал, что такой существует.
Дальше — доставка. Заказ оформили онлайн, подтвердили весь объём, приехали буквально за час после заявки. Машины с миксером подъехали чётко по времени — я сразу увидел, что это свой завод, не перекупщики: техника аккуратная, манера работы профессиональная. Оплатил после погрузки, но до этого звонил менеджер и ещё раз уточнил объём и доступ по участку — очень уважительно.
Бетон приехал требуемой марки, плотный, без расслоения. Когда заливал, заметил, что смесь пластичная, хорошо ложится, не нужно было подмешивать. Именно как заявлено — марки соответствовали. Даже после нескольких дней заливки всё держит форму, растрескиваний нет.
Хочу отдельно отметить, что при звонке можно получить рекомендации по марке: для малоэтажки советуют М250 (ленточные фундаменты), М300 — универсальная, а для промышленных объектов или плотин — М500. Это реально помогает, если не силен в бетоне.
В итоге впечатления очень положительные: реально завод, ассортимент, доставка быстрая, помощь специалистов. Если кто ищет бетон с доставкой по Нижнему и окрестностям — можно спокойно обращаться.
